Brad Ehikian

Brad Ehikian, partner and owner of Premier Property Management, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business functions with an emphasis on property acquisitions and investment syndications. Brad has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience with a focus on property management, brokerage, syndications, development and ownership.

Prior to Premier Properties, Brad was the head of acquisitions for Page Mill Properties, helping acquire over 1800 residential units across 90 individual properties, located on the west side of Highway 101 in East Palo Alto.

Following the acquisitions, he was in charge of developing programs to manage, maintain and eventually redevelop the portfolio. In 2004, Brad worked for the U.S. Federal Government, managing federal assets in the Pacific Rim region.

Brad was born and raised in the Bay Area and graduated from Santa Clara University with a degree in finance. He currently serves as chairman of the board for the Palo Alto Downtown Business Association and acts as a real estate advisor to several local technology firms as well as the City of Palo Alto.
