In July 2022, Premier represented the landlord in a lease with Gamelandia at 290 California Ave. This is the first retail venture for the owners of Gamelandia, Berry and Lisa, who have curated a board game store for people of all ages. To ensure the quality of their products, the couple plays every single game prior to carrying it in their store. In addition to the extensive game selection, there are two event rooms in the back of the store which can be reserved for private games or parties.
