Premier managed the renovation and redevelopment of a dilapidated 1923 movie theater in Downtown Redwood City. The building was fully upgraded to current code and converted to a 2-story mixed-use building. The ground floor retail is occupied by Philz Coffee and it is one their top performing stores in the US. The remainder of the building is high-ceilinged tech office with features that include a “greenhouse” rooftop conference room and outdoor roof-deck and a “back-yard” with picnic tables.
