Premier negotiated the acquisition of an underdeveloped retail property, previously occupied by a 1950’s burger restaurant. Premier retained the Hayes Group to design an elegant high-ceilinged restaurant building with extensive outdoor seating. The building won an award for innovative green features. Premier leased the building to Starbucks and the Counter, which have enjoyed great success.
