Attn Palo Alto: Premier Properties is excited to announce that a new hardware store will be opening on California Ave in 2021. Despite the difficulties of filling a retail space in the midst of a pandemic, in May of 2020, Premier brokered a deal to lease 251 California Ave to the owner of Nob Hill Hardware in San Francisco. Yelp reviewers have called Nob Hill Hardware a “great local neighborhood hardware store” (N A.) and have complimented that “the owner helped us both times we came in and was really helpful” (Lindsay C.). We look forward to that neighborly kindness and local accessibility thriving in the California Ave Business District. The new ±3,144 sq. ft. hardware store is expected to open its doors in Summer 2021. When planning for your DIY home improvement projects, remember that a great resource could be only blocks away!
