Premier Properties welcomes The Consulate General and Innovation Centre Denmark to their new office in the California Avenue Business District of Palo Alto. In May of 2018, Premier leased the entire second floor (approximately 7,140 sq. ft.) of the office/retail building located at 299 California Ave to the Consul General Denmark. With their presence in Palo Alto, the consulate is able to connect Danish companies and capital to the same in Silicon Valley. They help Danish companies enter the Bay Area, encourage American investments in those companies, and accelerate cooperative research and innovation in both places.  More information on The Consulate General and Innovation Centre Denmark can be found here.

Premier Properties represented the landlord in this transaction, and Colliers International represented the tenant.
