Premier Properties leases the beautiful plaza corner of University Avenue and High Street to Hoyul Steven Choi for the second location of the SF brunch staple Sweet Maple, which has 4.6 stars from over 2,500 Google reviews. Choi, the owner of eleven successful Bay Area restaurants, will be bringing his Millionaire’s Bacon to the prime location of 150 University Ave. Palo Altans will be privileged with access to the classic breakfast and brunch items and delicious twists for which San Franciscans line up around the block. Our Sweet Maple will also serve up delectable American dinner options with modern Korean touches, to be accompanied by refreshments from a full bar. Choi began operating his first coffee shop while conducting biotech cancer research at Stanford University, and his return to Palo Alto brings a concept that will add wonderfully to the collection of downtown eateries.
