Choi, the owner of eleven successful Bay Area restaurants, will be bringing his Millionaire’s Bacon to the prime location of 150 University Ave. Palo Altans will be privileged with access to the classic breakfast and brunch items and delicious twists for which San Franciscans line up around the block. Our Sweet Maple will also serve up delectable American dinner options with modern Korean touches, to be accompanied by refreshments from a full bar. Choi began operating his first coffee shop while conducting biotech cancer research at Stanford University, and his return to Palo Alto brings a concept that will add wonderfully to the collection of downtown eateries.
