Premier Properties is proud to support the furtherance of research surrounding COVID-19 and potential treatments by facilitating a lease at 835 Page Mill Road with the Stanford School of Medicine. In May 2021, Premier Properties represented the property owner and negotiated for a new tenancy that benefits both the ownership of this beautiful ±4,700 Sq. Ft. single-tenant office building as well as the Stanford SOM. The SOM will use the building for research and development purposes that not only serve the Palo Alto community, but also potentially the entire United States and broader global communities. Premier worked to create fair terms that both sides would be quick to agree to, allowing for a straightforward transaction and expedient occupancy for the tenant.
